摘要
自从2009年国务院出台支持海西经济区发展的意见之后,海西经济区的经济受到较大的影响,其中对外贸易的影响也非常明显。为了了解海西经济区的对外贸易现状,分析国家出台发展意见后对海西经济区对外贸易发展是否存在刺激作用,会产生怎样的贸易效应,文章选取了海西经济区国民生产总值(GDP)与进出口贸易数据等对海西经济区的对外贸易现状、贸易竞争力指数,以及政策出台前后对外贸易效应进行了实证分析,得出海西经济区在国务院支持海西经济区发展意见出台后对外贸易存在创造效应,海西经济区的贸易总量也是呈上升增长的趋势,对外贸易竞争力指数也保持在水平之上。
Since 2009 the State Council issued the Policy to support the development of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Strait,the economy of the economic zone is affected.The impact in the foreign trade is also very obvious.ln order to understand the trading status of the Economic Zone on the west coast of the strait,to analyze the reflection of the foreign trade development after the State issuing the Policy and which kind of trade effectiveness being produced in the Zone,this paper selects the GDP in the Economic Zone and the data of the import and export trade,etc.to analyze the foreign trade situation,trade competitiveness index of the Economic Zone,and the trade effectiveness before and after the Policy. The conclusion is that there is foreign trade creation effectiveness in the E- conomy Zone after the Policy,the total trade in the E-conomic Zone is kept the upward growth trend,and the index of foreign trade competitiveness is maintained above the level.
