摘要
[目的]观察舒肝养胃汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡并失血性休克疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。吸氧、抑酸治疗,输血、抗休克,纠正酸中毒。对照组34例40mg奥美拉唑＋100m L 0.9%氯化钠,1~2次/d,静滴。治疗组34例舒肝养胃汤（甘草炙26g,黄芪20g,白及、白芍、白术各15g,党参、苏梗、茯苓、香附、桂枝、良姜、陈皮、鸡内金各10g,黄连3g;反酸加海螵蛸、瓦楞子各10g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、便常规、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效15例,无效4例,总有效率88.24%。对照组显效7例,有效16例,无效11例,总有效率67.65%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]舒肝养胃汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡并失血性休克疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe Shugan Yangwei soup combined with omeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer and hemorrhagic shock effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,68 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Oxygen,acid suppression therapy,blood transfusions when necessary,anti-shock,correction of acidosis.The control group of 34 patients 40mg omeprazole,＋ lO0mL 0.9% sodium chloride, 1 to 2 times/d,intravenous infusion.Treatment group,34 patients Shugan Yangwei Soup（Gancao 26g,Huangqi 20g,Baiji,Baishao,Baizhu 15g,Dangshen,Sugeng,Fuling,X iangfu,Guizhi,Liangjiang,Chenpi,Jineijin 10g ,Huanglian 3g;CCLEC mantidis acid Haipiaoxiao,Walengzi each 10g）,l/d,decoetion 200mL,sooner or later,warm clothes;western medicine with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,then routine,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 15 cases,effective in 15 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 88.24%.Group 7 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, ll eases,the total efficiency of 67.65%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Shugan Yangwei soup combined with omeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer and hemorrhagic shock results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
