摘要
[目的]观察柔肝汤治疗肝纤维化和肝硬化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例阿德福韦酯,10mg/片,1次/d。治疗组50例柔肝汤(大黄制10g,茵陈15g,金钱草20g,茯苓25g,败酱草、连翘各15g,白芍20g,莪术、三菱、鳖甲各10g,丹参20g,当归12g,白术15g,黄芪30g;肝郁脾虚加陈皮、香附、丹参;肝肾阴虚加枸杞、生地、麦冬、沙参;肝气郁滞加佛手、陈皮、厚朴、木香;肝经湿热加苦参),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗180d为1疗程。观测临床症状、HA、LN、IV-C、PCIII、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效26例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈12例,显效22例,有效4例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肝功能指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]柔肝汤治疗肝纤维化和肝硬化疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe Rougan Treated liver fibrosis and cirrhosis efficacy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 patients were hospitalized method is simple coin toss randomized into two groups.The control group of 50 patients with adefovir dipivoxil, lOmg/tahlets,1 times/d.The treatment group 50 cases Softening so up（Dahuangl0g,Yinchenl5g,Jinqiancao20g,Fuling 25g,Baijaingcao,Lianqiao 15g,Baishao 20g,E,zhu,Sanleng,Biejia each lOg,Danshen 20g,Danggui 12g,Baizhu 15g,Huangqi 30g;liver spleen add Chenpi,Xiangfu,Danshen;liver and kidney plus Gouqi,Shengdi,Maidong,Shashen;qi stagnation plus Foushou,Chenpi,Houpu,Muxiang;liver heat plus Kushen）;1/d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally. 180d continuous treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical syrnptorns,HA,LN,IV-C,PCIII,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 17 cases,26 eases markedly effective in 4 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.00%.The control group cured 12 cases,effective in 22 cases,effective in 4 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 76.00%.Treatrnent group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Liver function improved treatment group than the control group（P〈 0.01）.[Conclusion]Rougan treated satisfaction of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis efficacy,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
