摘要
[目的]观察止痫汤治疗头痛性癫痫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将41例门诊患者用止痫汤(钩藤30g,龙牡生、川芎各10g,当归8g,红花10g,白芍15g,牛膝、僵蚕8g,郁金、柴胡、延胡索各10g;肝火偏旺、头痛剧烈加龙胆草6g,菊花8g;频繁抽搐加全蝎5g,生铁落15g;痰涎壅盛加姜汁10m L,竹沥8g,白矾0.3g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,少量频服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、癫痫发作次数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效27例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率92.68%。[结论]止痫汤治疗头痛性癫痫疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the only headache epilepsy epilepsy decoction efficacy. [Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,with only 41 cases of outpatient epilepsy soup（Gouteng 30g,Longmu,Chuanxiong 10g,Danggui 8g,Honghua 10g,Baishao 15g,Niuxijiangchan gg,Yujin,Chaihu,Yanhusuo 10g;anger partial Wang,severe headache plus Longdaneao 6g,Juhua 8g;frequent seizures plus Quanxie 5g,Shengtieluo 15g;phlegm dampness plus Jiangzhi 10mL,Xianzhuli 8g,Baifan 0.3 g）,l/d,decoction 200mL,a small amount of frequency service.90d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,the number of seizures,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine effieaey.[Results]27 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 92.68%.[Conclusion]The only headache epilepsy epilepsy decoction results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
