摘要
采用了粉末X线射线衍射法测定晶体结构分析等现代测试分析方法,对粉煤灰综合利用过程中生成的斜托勃莫来石(Clinotobermorite)的晶体结构与晶体化学进行了研究。其晶体化学式为Ca5(Si6O17)(H2O)5;空间群C1;a=1.1274 nm,b=0.7344 nm,c=1.1468 nm;α=99.18°,β=97.19°,γ=90.03°。晶体结构中硅氧骨干以八方环为基本结构单元,Ca、O、H、OH配位多面体存于环与环之间,水分子位于八方环中心和八方环层间位置,硅氧八方环平面(与c、b面平行)沿a轴方向堆砌成八方管孔状,八方管孔结构又以似层形式排列成斜托勃莫来石晶体结构。斜托勃莫来石纳米晶片,以随机方式堆垛形成纳米、微米多孔状集合体。斜托勃莫来石可与高分子材料很好复合,可以有效吸附重金属和有机分子。这是一类新型复合材料原料,晶体结构中有纳米孔洞效应,聚合体中有纳米-微米的孔隙效应等。
In the process of comprehensive utilization of fly ash, Clinotobermorite silicate can be generated. The author used the method of powder X-ray diffraction and other modern test methods to study the structure and crystal chemistry of Clinotobermorite crystal. Its crystal chemical formula is Ca5( Si6O17)( H2O)5; space group,C1; cell parameters: a = 1. 1274 nm,b = 0. 7344 nm,c = 1. 1468 nm;α = 99. 18°,β = 97. 19°,γ = 90. 03°. In the crystal structure,the structure of the silicon oxygen is the basic structure unit,and the Ca,H,O,and OH coordination polyhedron exist between the ring and the ring,while the water molecule is located in the center of the eight ring and the position of the eight ring.The plane of the eight square ring is parallel to c and b. Stack along the a axis into eight square tubes,eight tube structure in a similar form layer arranged in oblique tobermorite crystal structure.Clinotobermorite nano chips, in a random manner, stacking the formation of nano, micro porousaggregation. Clinotobermorite can be used to adsorb heavy metals and organic molecules with good composition. This is a new type of composite material: the effect of nanoholes in the crystal structure exists,and polymer has nano micron pore effect.
