摘要
采用光纤激光焊接方法,对出现裂纹的AMAX新型热作模具进行焊接试验,并分析了焊接接头的显微组织、表面硬度、拉伸性能、热疲劳性能和抗高温氧化性能。结果表明,光纤激光焊接能使该新型热作模具获得较佳的焊接接头,达到全新模具的质量水平;经过光纤激光焊接后模具的表面硬度、热疲劳性能和高温抗氧化性较焊前均有相应提高。推广光纤激光焊接模具修复技术可在很大程度上延长模具的使用寿命。
By the optical fiber laser welding method,welding experiment of AMAX new hot-working die with cracks is carried out, and the microstructure, surface hardness, tensile properties, thermal fatigue properties and high temperature oxidation resistance of the welded joints are analyzed.The results show that optical fiber laser welding can make the new hot-working die obtain better welded joints and reach new quality level.After optical fiber laser welding, the surface hardness,thermal fatigue and high-tern oxidation resistance properties of the die increase correspondingly.Promotion of optical fiber laser welding die repair technology can largely improve the service life of the die.
