摘要
近年来,榆林市农业规模经营发展迅猛,取得了良好效应,但仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。文章借用战略管理中的SWOT分析方法,对影响榆林农业规模经营的基本因素(配套体系建设、体制性障碍、规模经营主体、规模经营适度)进行归纳整合,从SWOT矩阵中来找出榆林农业规模经营发展的症结所在。在优势、劣势、机遇、威胁并存下,提出转变农业生产方式、调整农业结构、发展多元化规模经营主体等一系列,促进榆林市农业规模经营发展的相应战略规划。
In recent years, the agricultural scale management of Yu Lin city has developed rapidly, and has obtained agood effect, but there still exist some problems to be solved. The article, using the method of SWOT analysis in strategicmanagement, summarizes and integrates the basic factors influencing the Yu Lin agricultural scale operation, such as sup-porting systems construction, institutional barriers, operators of scale operation and moderate scale of agriculture opera-tion. From the SWOT matrix, the crux of the development of Yu Lin agricultural scale management is found out. Withthe coexistence of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, a series of strategic plans are put forward accord-ingly, which are the transformation of agricultural production model, adjusting agricultural structure, and developing di-versified scale operators to promote the development of Yu Lin agriculture＇s scale operation.
