摘要
开展战略投送军事理论研究能够丰富和完善战略投送理论体系,引领和指导战略投送能力的建设发展,地位和作用十分重要,应该得到高度重视和优先发展。遵循理论体系建设一般规律,提出开展战略投送理论研究的基本思路和观念,依据系统论整体性原理,探讨理论研究的总体方法,结合理论研究实际需要,构想主要研究内容。
Carrying out military theory study of strategic project should be highly valued and be given priority to the development for its important status and function. It can enrich and perfect the theory system of strategic project, and lead and guide the construction and development of strategic project. In this paper, some basic ideas and concepts are put forward according to the general rule of theory system construction firstly, and then an overall approach of theory study was discussed on the base of integrity principle of system theory, finally the main research contents are conceived according to the actual needs of theory study.
