摘要
翻转课堂作为一种新的教学模式,已经在很多西方国家被广泛应用。同时,它也被中国的很多老师和学生所接受。大学英语教学中是否应用以及如何应用翻转课堂已经成为国内外语教学研究的重点。本文试图通过研究翻转课堂的理论框架和大学生独有的特征,分析大学英语课堂中采用翻转课堂的原因和方法。翻转课堂提倡以学生为中心的教学活动,在解放课堂和教师的同时,鼓励学生成为自主学习者。
The new teaching mode of "flipped classroom" has been widely applied in Western countries and also accepted by students and teachers in China. Whether and how they can be applied in our college English teaching has become the focus of domestic foreign language teaching researchers. This paper analyzes the reasons and ways of/lipping classroom in college Eng- lish teaching by studying the theoretical framework of the flipped classroom and the characteristics of college students. The flipped classroom can free class time for learner - centered activities without sacrificing course content and encourage students to become self-learners.
