摘要
周围神经损伤是一种临床上预后较差的疾病,其症状为神经支配区域的功能障碍及神经病理性疼痛。治疗神经损伤的关键是恢复运动和感觉功能,而常用的缝线缝合法已经无法满足需要。激光治疗作为一种潜在的修复神经损伤的方法已被广泛研究。激光治疗可加速和改善受影响的神经组织的再生。本文综述了光化学组织黏合(PTB)技术与低能量激光(LLLT)技术两种激光治疗技术的机制和特点。PTB技术利用532 nm激光和光敏剂作用并吻合受损的神经组织,可减轻炎症反应,促进神经功能的恢复;LLLT技术虽然没有吻合断裂神经的作用,但可协同各种生物材料治疗周围神经损伤从而减轻神经性疼痛、促进神经组织的再生。两种方法避免了缝合造成的额外损伤并且都可以更有效地修复周围神经损伤。
Peripheral nerve injury was a kind of poor prognosis disease in clinic. The clinical symptoms was the dysfunction of innervation area and the neuropathie pain. Traditional Suture was a commonly used method for injured peripheral nerve repair, but the suture caused additional damage, the functional results of peripheral nerve after suture was not just as wishes yet. Laser therapy had beeuhad been widely investigated as a potential method for injured peripheral nerve repair. According to the findings of literature, laser therapy accelerated and improved the regeneration of the affected nerve tissues. This review described two kinds of laser technology : photochemical tissue bonding ( PTB ) and low level laser therapy (LLLT). PTB technique used 532 nm laser and photosensitizer to anastomosis the injured nerve. PTB technique reduced the inflammatory response, promoted the recovery of neural function. Although LLLT techniqueeould not anastomosis the broken nerve, but LLLT could repair the injured peripheral nerve with various biological materials and reduced neuropathie pain, promoted the regeneration of nerve tissue. Both of these 2 methods avoided additional damage caused by the suture and equally effective in the repair of peripheral nerves.
