摘要
目的:探究重症监护病房(ICU)病原菌分布情况和其耐药性。方法选取某院2013年9月~2014年5月收治的ICU患者,对送检标本加以培养,并通过VITEK细菌对其加以鉴定。针对检测菌株的构成和标本分布情况、药敏结果应进行分析。结果分离的病原菌有660株,检验方面的病原菌的标本内,包括前2位分别是痰液72.3%、血液10.6%、引流液7.4%等。结论革兰阴性杆菌,其非产酶菌对于抗菌类的药物具有较高的敏感度,且真菌对于药物敏感度较好。
Objective Analysis the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria distribution in intensive care unit. Methods Selected patients from September 2013 to May 2014 in hospital intensive care unit ( ICU ). The specimens to be training and by vitek bacterial to be identiifed. Analyzed of the composition and distribution of the test strains and drug sensitivity results should be carried out.Results There were 660 strains of the isolated pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic bacteria test specimens, including before 2 respectively is 72.3% of sputum, blood 10.6%, drainage lfuid 7.4%and so on.Conclusion Gram negative bacilli, the non-producing bacteria has a high sensitivity to antibiotics, and the sensitivity of the fungus is good.
