摘要
社会适应性的内涵不仅指学生适应社会所需要的知识和技能,而且还包括自身发展所需要的心智素养。地方高校已迎来转型发展的新机遇,着力于人才培养的社会适应性,从四方面入手:强化高校人才培养社会适应性的观念和目标;构建"技术技能型"应用人才培养的学科和专业结构;修订应用人才教学方案和培养计划;完善高校社会适应性质量保障和评价体系。
The social adaptability refers not only to the knowledge and skill to adapt the society, but also to the mental quality for self-development. Independent colleges welcome the new opportunity in transformational development and the social adaptability of talents cultivation can be improved from four aspects： to promote the idea and target of social adaptability; to construct the application-oriented subject and major structure; to revise the teaching scheme and training plan; and to perfect the teaching quality appraisal system.
