摘要
学习型社会要求人们确立终身教育的理念,而传统的成人教育模式已经无法满足当前人们对继续教育的要求。我国的成人教育制度要转型发展,必须以终身教育理念为指导对现有的教学模式进行改革,以教学质量为核心,积极探索新的教学模式,使成人教育向大众化方向发展。同时,与区域经济紧密结合,突出区域办学特色,从而构建以成人教育为基础的终身教育体系。
The learning society requires people to establish the idea of lifelong education, and the traditional adult education mode can＇t meet the demands of the continue education. In order to transform and develop China＇s adult education system, it＇s essential to reform the current teaching mode by taking lifelong education idea as the guide, by taking the teaching quality as the core and actively explore new teaching mode. As a result, we could make the adult education develop in the popularized direction. At the same time, we should combine it closely with the regional economy, highlight the regional characteristics in running school, so that we could build a lifelong education system with the foundation of adult education.
