摘要
联合军演已成为我军一项常态化的军事活动,而铁路输送是联合军演前期兵力投送的主要方式。阐述联合军演跨国铁路输送特点和要求,针对联合军演跨国铁路输送存在的主要问题,提出相应的对策建议,以提高我军跨国铁路军事运输保障能力。
Joint military exercise has been a normalized military activity of our army, while railway transportation is the principle mode of force projection in the early stage of the exercise. The paper elaborates the characteristics and requirements of cross-border railway transportation for joint military exercise, and puts forwards some countermeasures against its main problems, thus to improve our cross-border military railway transportation support capability.
