摘要
将富含γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的水牛乳酸奶应用于动物实验,观察其对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压、血脂及小鼠醉酒翻正反射的影响。2月龄SHR鼠20只,随机分成γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水牛乳酸奶组及模型对照组;另用10只WKY大鼠作为正常对照组,连续灌胃酸奶6周,每周平行测量大鼠收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MBP)、心率(HR);末次灌胃后测定其血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-c)、总胆固醇(TC);结果表明,连续6周灌胃酸奶后,GABA水牛乳酸奶组的SHR大鼠,其收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压显著降低,且能不同程度降低SHR的血清HDL-c、LDL-c、TC、TG水平;GABA水牛乳酸奶能明显延长小鼠醉酒后翻正反射消失的时间。GABA水牛乳酸奶有降血压及调节血脂的功能,且有一定的醒酒作用。
γ-aminobutyfic acid (GABA) buffalo milk yogurt was used in animal experiments, and effects of GABA buffalo milk yogurt on blood pres- sure, blood lipids levels of SHR and fighting reflex of mice were studied. Two months old SHR were randomly divided into GABA buffalo milk yo- gnrt group and model control group. WKY was used as normal control group. Blood pressure (systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MBP), heart rate (HR)) were measured once a week during the period of successive administration. Aiter the last ad- ministration, the serum triglyceride (TG), high density cholesterol (HDL-c), low density cholesterol (LDL-c), total cholesterol (TC) from blood sam- ple were measured. The results showed that after successive administration for six weeks, blood pressure and blood lipids levels of SHR in GABA buffalo milk yogurt group decreased significantly. The dismissing time of righting reflex could bc plolongcd in GABA buffalo milk yogurt group. GABA buffalo milk yogurt could decrease blood pressure, regulate blood lipid and alleviat a hangover.
