摘要
为推进我国企业安全管理体系建设,提高企业安全管理水平和安全绩效,研究了埃克森美孚OIMS和纳尔科SH&E管理体系。通过两个公司的最新安全绩效证明OIMS和SH&E起到了重要作用,概述它们的主要内容,比较两者的循环模式和组成元素,得出相同元素和不同元素,对比较结果进行分析。在结论中提出我国企业在构建安全管理体系时需注意的元素及要点。
To promote the construction of enterprises safety management system and their safety management level ,as well as safety performance ,the management system of ExxonMobil’ s OIMS and Nalco’ s SH＆amp;E is studied .The importance of OIMS and SH＆amp;E is respectively proved by their latest safety performance and the main contents of them are overviewed . Their circulation patterns and elements are contrasted ,the same elements and different elements are obtained and the results are analyzed .It is put forward in the result the elements and key points that should be paid attention to in building safety management systems of Chinese enterprises .
