摘要
目的:探讨采用低剂量螺旋CT及CT尿路造影(CTU)、后处理重建技术对输尿管小结石诊断的临床应用价值。材料与方法:对55例临床表现为剧烈腰腹痛可疑输尿管小结石的患者,行低剂量螺旋CT容积扫描,运用后处理技术取得CTU及二维、三维重建图像。结果:55例均行CTU及重建后处理,清晰显示输尿管全程,同时显示结石大小、形态、位置和输尿管扩张的程度及范围。结论:应用低剂量螺旋CT及重建技术,是目前诊断输尿管小结石最好的方法,对指导临床选择治疗具有重要作用。
Purpose: To evaluate the low dose radiationc linical value of diagnosing small ureteral with 16 slice spiral CT scan and CT urography(CTU). Materials and Methods: 55cases with renal colic of suspected ureteral calculus were ex- amined with ultrasoniography, KUB and IVU. Results: 55 cases were found by unenhanced or enhanced CT. The location, size and morphology of calculi and ureter obstruction could be clearly demonstrated. Conclusion: Multi slice spiral CT low dose radiatione can diagnose ureteral calculi exactly, especially to small ureteral calculi in lower segment, moreover, CTU and 3D-reconstruction is of important value in diagnosing, therapy and observing secondary signs of ureteral calculus.
