摘要
我公司生产的20Mn Mo Nb某大型锻件在调质热处理后,经超声检测发现有600多处缺陷。经解剖分析,超标处为钢锭A偏析区域内的微裂纹,且微裂纹内偏聚着硫化物夹杂和少量的锰、钼、铌合金元素。
After quenching and tempering heat treatment, a certain 20MnMoNb heavy forging produced by our company appeared more than 600 defects through ultrasonic testing.By dissecting and analyzing, the defects out of tolerance are microcracks in A segregation area of ingot.Meanwhile, there are sulfide inclusions and a small quantity of manganese, molybdenum and niobium alloying element in the microcracks.
