摘要
目的:观察微创针刀结合臭氧注射治疗拇指狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的疗效。方法:对55例(56指)拇指狭窄性腱鞘炎患者局麻下采用针刀微创切割松解+臭氧注射治疗。结果:用时平均为(9.0±1.25)min,其中50例一次性针刀切割松解后症状完全缓解。术后半年参照Quinnell分级标准评定疗效优良率为96.0%,无明显并发症。结论:微创针刀结合臭氧注射治疗拇指狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的操作简便、疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective:To observe efficacy of minimally invasive needle-knife combined with ozone injection in treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb. Methods:55 cases of stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb were released by minimally invasive needle-knife under local anesthesia and ozone injection. Results: The mean operative time was ( 9. 0±1. 25)min. 50 thumbs a-chieved completed recovery after only one release. The Quenelle classification standard to evaluate the efficacy six months after the op-eration showed that the excellent and good rate was 96%, and no complications occurred. Conclusions:The minimally invasive needle-knife combined with ozone injection in the treatment of thumb stenosing tenosynovitis is simple, definitely effective, safe and reliable.
