摘要 以控制芯片TL494为核心,设计了一款电流调节区间在0~10A的恒流源系统。系统基于降压型斩波电路,主要用于锂电池电源管理系统的放电试验。工作时,TL494电路生成的PWM信号经IR2110电路驱动后,控制场效应管开关,实现降压式主回路的导通、闭合。改变TL494电路的输入电压可调整生成的PWM信号的占空比,从而达到电流可调的目的,而串联在电流主回路中的霍尔电流传感器反馈信到PI调节电路,构成闭环控制,使电流恒定。利用Simulink对系统进行仿真,并根据仿真结果进行试验,实测数据表明,该恒流源可输出稳定度优于0.01、相对误差小于1%的稳定电流。 With the control chip TL494 as the core,the constant current source system within the adjust ingrange of 0 ~ 10 A has been designed.The system is based on buck chopper circuit,mainly used for discharge test of the Lithium battery power management system. In operation,the PWM signals generated by TL494 circuit are driven by IR2110 circuit,then implements on-off of the buck main loop by controlling FET switch.The duty cycle of the PWM signals can be adjusted through changing the input voltage of TL494,thus the current can be adjustable; the Hall current transducer that connected in series in main current loop feedbacks information to PI regulation circuit and builds the closed loop control to make the constant current. The system is simulated by adopting Simulink,and the test is conducted in accordance with the simulation result. The practical test result indicates that this constant current source can output stable current with stability of 0. 01,and relative error less than 1%.
