摘要
目的：探讨封闭式负压引流技术（VSD）在治疗骨科创伤感染患者中的临床效果,并进行分析,以供参考.方法：选取2013年5月~2014年9月某院收治的骨科创伤感染患者,共53例作为研究对象,随机分成两组,一组为治疗组,患者为29例,该组患者采用VSD 的方式进行临床治疗;另一组为对照组,患者为24例,该组患者采用传统式方法进行临床治疗.比较两组患者在治疗4周后的临床效果,并进行分析.结果：治疗组患者的临床治疗效果明显优胜于对照组患者的临床治疗效果,且差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：VSD治疗可以有效的提高骨科创伤感染患者的临床治疗效果,且与传统敷料的治疗方式相比,其治疗优势显著,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床医学中推广.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of VSD on orthopedic traumatic infection and make analysis to provide reference.Methods:Select 53 patients with orthopedic traumatic infection received in some hospital during the period from May 2013 to September 2014 as the research object,and randomly divide them into 2groups,of all the 53 cases,29cases were divided into treatment group and they were treated with VSD,and 24 cases were divided into control group and were treated with conventional methods.Compare the clinical effect in the 2groups after 4 weeks of treatment,and make analysis.Results:The effect on patients in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:VSD can effectively improve the clinical effect on patients with orthopedic traumatic infection,it is of great clinical application value and worthy of clinical promotion.
