摘要
抗菌肽是一类普遍存在于生物体内的带有正电荷的两亲性多肽物质,具有强碱性、热稳定性以及广谱抗菌等特点。随着传统抗生素的毒副作用及其耐药菌株的出现,迫使人们去寻找新型的抗微生物制剂,而具有抗微生物等多种生物学功能的抗菌肽有着广阔的应用前景。昆虫抗菌肽数量难以估量,而双翅目昆虫的抗菌肽近年来被广泛研究报道。本文就双翅目昆虫抗菌肽的特点和种类、作用机制及应用的最新进展进行综述。
Antimicrobial peptides are amphipathy polypeptide materials with positive charge,which are ubiquitous in organisms and characterized as strong alkaline,thermal stability and wide antimicrobial spec-trum.With the emergence of adverse effects in traditional antibiotics and their resistant strains,new antimicro-bial agents are needed urgently.The antibacterial peptides with a variety of biological functions particularly antimicrobial activity have broad application prospects.The antimicrobial peptides are countless in insects, and that in Diptera insects have been widely researched and reported in recent years.The latest research pro-gress on characteristics,types,mechanisms of action and applications of antibacterial peptides of Diptera in-sects were summarized in this paper.
