摘要
为解决马铃薯茎叶资源的浪费问题,试验以马铃薯块茎正常收货前10 d左右刈割的马铃薯茎叶作为原料,分别添加全株玉米(30%、50%、70%)、糖蜜(2%、4%、6%)、玉米粉(1%、3%、5%)青贮。结果表明:马铃薯茎叶通过添加全株玉米、糖蜜以及玉米粉后青贮可提高青贮饲料的感官品质和营养品质,增加了粗蛋白(CP)、可溶糖(WSC)、乳酸(LA)含量,降低了龙葵素、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量,与无处理的试验组间差异达显著水平(P<0.05);发酵品质也有所提高,乙酸(AA)和丁酸(BA)含量以及NH3-N/TN(氨态氮/总氮)值降低,与无处理的试验组间差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。通过综合评价,马铃薯茎叶与全株玉米以3∶7的比例混合青贮,以及添加6%糖蜜青贮,青贮品质和饲用价值最高。
In order to utilize the potato stem and leave,the potato stem and leave mowed at 10 days before the normal harvest time of potato as raw materials for silage,added with the whole-plant corn(30%,50% and 70%),molasses(2%,4% and 6%),corn flour(1%,3% and 5%),were used to make silage. The results showed that,the sensory quality and nutrient content of the potato stem and leave silage with the additives(the whole-plant corn,molasses,corn flour)were improved.The content of the CP,WSC,LA were raised(P〈0.05),the solanine,NDF,ADF were reduced;the fermentative quality was also improved and the content of AA,PA,BA and the ratio of NH3-N/TN was reduced. According to the comprehensive evaluation,the quality and the feeding value of the potato stem and leave silage was the best when it was mixed with whole-plant corn at the ratio of 3∶7 and the addition of 6% molasses.
