摘要
文章通过分析我国产能过剩的现状,对产生产能过剩的根源进行了探究,指出产能过剩给行业发展带来的弊端,在化解产能过剩的原则和基础上,提出建立化解产能过剩问题的长效机制,从而化解和防范产能过剩。
This paper analyzes the present situation of overcapacity in China, then analyzes the roots of overcapacity, points out the problems that affect the industrial development, and finally the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for establishing a long term mechanism to resolve and prevent overcapacity.
