摘要
基于几何关系对三心圆柱面网壳结构进行了找形分析,得出了可用于工程设计的公式以及选型比较方法.有限元软件3D3S及Midas Gen静力计算结果基本接近,计算数据显示主控荷载为风荷载.将三心圆柱面网壳简化为一榀钢拱架后进行基本工况下的受力分析,证明三心圆柱面网壳受力机理与门式刚架相似.研究了支座变形对杆件受力的影响,发现支座不均匀沉降、非整体水平位移对杆件内力存在不利影响.整体稳定分析表明该类结构在考虑几何非线性条件下的临界荷载系数较线性条件下的值小.研究发现,采用反应谱法计算该类结构的竖向地震力偏小,在校核杆件应力时建议根据时程结果对竖向地震力进行适当放大.
This paper presents form-finding analysis of three-centered circular cylindrical lattices shell structure based on the geometric relationship. The formulas used for practical application and model selection methods are presented. The static calculation results from 3D3S and MIDAS Gen are nearly the same. Calculation results show that wind load is the master control load. The structure is simplified as one steel rigid arch frame to take load analysis compared with the steel rigid frame and their loading mechanisms are proved to be similar. Influence from the bearing deformation is studied. Uneven settlement and non-integral horizontal displacement will cause adverse effect on the internal force of members. The critical load coefficient under the condition of geometric nonlinearity is smaller than that from linear buckling analysis. It is found that the vertical earthquake force obtained from response spectrum method is smaller than that from time history analysis method, which is advised to zoom in appropriately when examining the stress of members.
