摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央,围绕"坚持和发展中国特色社会主义"这一主题,初步系统地回答了"为什么要坚持中国特色社会主义,如何发展中国特色社会主义"的问题。从"坚持和发展中国特色社会主义"的高度来看,"四个全面"深刻地阐述了坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的总目标和总要求,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的重大战略布局,开辟了坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的新境界。
Since the Eighteenth Party＇s Congress, the central Party committee headed by secretary general Xi Jinping,centering on＂developing consistently socialism with Chinese characteritics,basically makes a systematic reply to the questions,such as ＂Why should socialism with Chinese characteristics be adhered to and how should socialism with Chinese characteristics developed.
