摘要
针对水利机电安装施工安全管理现状,运用科学的观点和事故致因理论简述了危险源的构成和概念。通过应用基于能量意外释放理论的两类危险源理论,深入分析了两类危险源在水利机电安装系统中的分布情况,并提出了水利机电安装系统危险源的控制对策,以有效控制或消除施工过程中的危险因素,预防减少生产事故的发生,实现安全、文明生产。
In this paper, the current situation of water conservancy and mechanical and electrical construction safety management, the use of scientific view and the accident causing theory, a brief introduction to the structure and concept of dangerous sources. Based on the theory of two kinds of hazard sources, this paper deeply analyzes the distribution of two kinds of dangerous sources in water conservancy and mechanical and electrical installation system, and puts forward the control measures of the dangerous source of hydraulic mechanical and electrical installation system.
