摘要
我国猕猴桃产业处于快速发展时期。本文对我国猕猴桃产业发展概况进行了总结分析。对猕猴桃产业发展中存在的问题进行了详细剖析,包括品种选育落后、生产区划与科学规划不足、果品质量不高、采后处理与贮藏加工能力弱、产业风险大、产业发展的科技含量低、生产标准与技术规程落实不好、生产经营主体的能力与素质不高等。针对产业发展中存在的问题,本文提出了推动我国猕猴桃产业发展的若干思路与对策。
Kiwifruit industry is in rapid development in China. General situation of kiwifruit industry in China was given in this paper. It summarized and analyzed existing problems in the development of kiwifruit industry including lagging behind of variety breeding, insufficient planning and regionalization, low fruit quality, weak ability ofpostharvest handling and storage processing,high industrial risk,low scientific and technological contribution,poor implementation of production standardsand technical regulations, low ability and quality of production and operation organizations. Development thoughts and countermeasures were put forward in accordance with the existing problems.
