摘要
以抚顺西露天为例研究了深凹露天矿坑溜槽回填工艺关键技术.根据物料在溜槽中的运动规律和影响因素,应用理论计算、实验室模拟手段确定了大高差溜槽的倾角、断面形状等参数;根据前苏联罗依尼什维里和福列依什曼的经验公式和数值模拟结果,建立了石块在溜槽中跃起的计算模型,确定了物料在溜槽中的运动速度和石块的飞跃距离、飞跃高度,设计了防护墙;通过数值模拟分析了溜槽内粉尘运移扩散规律,确定了溜槽运输露天矿剥离物过程中产生的粉尘粒径在100μm以下,在此基础上提出了溜槽工艺防尘措施.
This paper took Fushun west open pit as an example in studying the key technique of deep concave open pit backfill chute. According to the movement rules and influencing factors of material in the chute, theoretical calculation, laboratory simulation method were used to determine the high elevation chute inclination, section shape parameter; according to the simulation results, empirical formulas and numerical Soviet H M Roy Neishvirial and C.M. Fowlie Bea J Man, the calculation model were used to establish the stone leaping in the chute, and determine the material in the chute movement speed and stones leap distance and height, and the design of protective walls; through the analysis particle of numerical simulation of dust diffusion law in the chute, diameters of the particle produced from the chute transportation and the open-pit stripping is below 100 μm, and the dust chute measures were proposed based on the analysis.
