摘要
目的探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效。方法选择2014年3月~2015年3月期间来我院就诊的围绝经期综合征患者170例,将其分为两组,对照组和观察组各85例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组用戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后激素水平。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后FSH、LH水平均低于治疗前,E2水平高于治疗前（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后FSH、LH水平低于对照组治疗后,E2水平高于对照组治疗后（P〈0.05）。结论使用戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切,可明显提高临床疗效,使激素水平有效改善,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of estradiolvalerate joint progesterone in treatment of peri- menopausal syndrome. Methods A total of 170 patients with perimenopausal syndrome in this study, all of them both were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, the patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, each of 85 cases, The control group received conventional treatment, observation group were given progesterone capsules combined with estradiol valerate tablets. The clinical efficacy and hormone levels before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, FSH, LH levels of two groups were lower than before treatment, while E2 levels were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）; The FSH, LH levels of observation group after treatment were lower than the control group after treatment, while E2 level was higher than the control group after treatment（P〈O.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of estradiolvalerate joint capsule progesterone in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is exact, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of hormone levels, make effective improvements, and can be popularized in clinical application.
