摘要
目前我国高校党外知识分子统战工作机制还不够健全,高校党委统战部门对党外知识分子的价值取向和政治理论学习关注度也不高。因此,需要加强党外知识分子的政治理论学习,提高其政治素质,并引导其自觉树立科学的人生观和价值观;同时,还需要通过尊重、关心党外知识分子,以增强他们的归属感和向心力。
Currently, the working mechanism of the united front work of non-party intellectuals in univer- sities is not very sound. Less attention has been paid to their value orientation and their studies of political theories. Therefore, universities should enhance the non-party intellectuals＇ studies of political theories, improve their political quality and guide them to consciously set up the scientific outlook of life and value. Besides, universities should also strengthen the non-party intellectuals＇ senses of belongings and cohesive- ness by showing respect and care for them.
