摘要
近些年来,人们的生活节奏越来越快,随之带来的是延长工作时间和超负荷工作量,这使人们更容易感到疲劳。于是,有不少学者提出希望通过一些药物或者手段来缓解人们的疲劳,提高人们的耐力。随着不同品系的老鼠动物模型在科研领域中广泛应用,在对鼠类耐力研究方面,有了很大的进展。本文主要对鼠类的耐力水平与其机体的代谢指标、肌肉运动能力等方面的研究进展做一综述。
Recently, with the rapid life more work and more working time make people fell tired easily. So some scientists hope to relieve fatigue and improve endurance by many ways and drugs. With the widely use of animal mod- els in science, there are many greats processes have been done. This article will do a summery about endurance lev- el of rats, the body＇s metabolic index, muscle motion ability and so on.
