摘要
拖延症人群很大一部分集中在高校,甚至有"学院延宕"这个专有名词来形容这种现象。时间管理能力欠缺、畏难心理,完美主义等被公认为造成拖延症的原因。但是,对于国内外大学生这个特殊群体,教育环境这一客观因素对拖延症的影响不容忽视。本文以自我分析的研究方法论述大学生拖延症与教育环境的关系,并站在高校教师的角度提出几点客观干预措施帮助学生摆脱拖延症。
A large part of procrastination population is concentrated in the universities, and even have the proper noun "college delays" to describe this phenomenon. Time management capacity lack, fear, perfectionism is recognized as the cause of procrastination, however, at home and abroad for college students" this special group, the education en- vironment the influence of objective factors of procrastination that nots allow to ignore. Method based on the analysis of self study discusses the relationship between college students" procrastination and education environment, and put forward some objective stand in the perspective of university teachers~ intervention measures to help students get rid of procrastination.
