摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种呈慢性、进展性的呼吸系统疾病,在诊治中存在较大难度。病证结合诊疗模式是以辨西医之病和中医之证相结合,两者优势互补,各有侧重,在西医明确诊断的基础上,发挥中医药优势,突出个体化治疗,是实现中医诊治标准化、规范化的重要环节。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a chronic, progressive respiratory system disease, great difficuhy in the diagnosis and treatment. Combination of disease and syndrome treating model combine differentiation disease of Western medicine and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, they complement each other, each has emphasize basic on the Western medicine diagnosis, giving full play to the advantages of TCM, highlight the individualized treatment, which is the important link to realize the standardization, nor- malization of diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
