摘要
根据国内外相关法规及实际检测需要,采用氮吹除去乙醇后正己烷提取白酒中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,建立了气相色谱仪质谱法测定进出口白酒中的3种邻苯二甲酸酯。在0.01-2 mg/L浓度范围内3种邻苯二甲酸酯均有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9980,0.9982和0.9988,添加回收率为77.8%-95.3%,相对标准偏差为2.9%-7.6%(n=5),符合进出口白酒日常检测要求。
Pursuant to relevant laws and regulations in domestic and abroad,a method was developed for the determination of dibutyl phthalate（DBP）,bis（2-ethylhexyl）phtalate（DEHP）and diisononyl phthalate（DINP）in liquor by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）with n-hexane as extraction solvent which was compared with several usual solvents. The mass concentration of DBP,DEHP and DINP was linear with peak area in the range of 0.01-2 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9980, 0.9982 and 0.9988. The recovery was in the range of 77.8%-95.3%,the relative standard deviation of detection results was in the range of 2.9%-7.6%（n=5）. The method is suitable for the determination of DBP,DEHP and DINP in import-export liquor.
