摘要
阐述光栅尺在数控机床、数显改造、精度测量等方面的应用,总结光栅尺的安装和使用事项,结合典型应用实例,介绍光栅尺的故障现象、过程分析及排除方法。
TThis paper expounds the use of grating ruler in CNC machine tools, digital transformation, precision measurement and other applications, summarizes the grating installation and use items. Combined with typical application examples, this paper introduces the fault, process analysis and its elimination method.
