摘要
针对当前软件工程实践教学存在的质量保障机制不健全,过程管理不规范,评价方法不科学等问题,在对软件工程专业质量管理模式及企业对实用型人才的需求充分调研的基础上,围绕实用型软件工程创新人才的培养目标,构建了量化可控的软件工程专业实践教学质量保障体系。该质量保障体系依托软件工程实践教学平台,构建了包含"实践知识域、能力单元、素质特点"的层次化分级评价指标体系,改革实践教学评价方法,实施以"知识-能力-素质"综合为优的教学评价模式,形成了系统、规范、可度量的教学质量保障机制,实现了对实践教学过程化管理。实践证明,该体系激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,应用实施成效显著。
The paper analyzes the problems in the imperfection of quality guarantee mechanism, the irregularities of teaching process, and the unscientific of evaluation method. Based on investigation on software engineering quality management mode and the corporate demands for practical talents, we establish quantitative controlled process teaching quality guarantee system to aim at training practical software engineering innovative talents. Relying on software engineering practice teaching platform, the quality guarantee system builds a hierarchical classification index evaluation system with " practical knowledge domains, the ability unit, quality characteristics". It reforms the evaluation method of practice teaching and implement the educational evaluation mode that its knowledge, ability and quality are all excellent. A systematic, standardized and measurable teaching quality guarantee mechanism is formed and it realizes the entire process management of practice teaching. The practices show that the reform can motivate the students "interest and enhance the students1practical abilities and innovative spirits. It achieves efficient application implementation.
