摘要
通过对已损坏的二次过热器管进行扫描电镜观察及能谱分析,认为高温硫腐蚀是造成干熄焦锅炉二次过热器管壁损坏进而引起锅炉爆管的主要原因,改进后没有再发生爆管事故。
This paper analyzes the broken tubes of secondary superheater by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X- Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) and found that the high temperature sulfur corrosion is the main reason for the tube damage and further tube burst. After corresponding improvement, there is no more tube burst accident.
