摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国现已进入老龄化快速发展阶段,河南作为全国的农业和人口大省,有劳动能力、身体健康的青壮年农民多外出务工,农村留守老人、"空巢老人"不断增多,这对机构养老的需求就越来越大。农村敬老院不仅在养老事业中起到至关重要的作用,而且有利于保障基本人权、实现社会公平、维护社会稳定及促进社会发展。本文通过对农村敬老院现状的调查研究,分析其现存的主要问题,并提出一些具有可行性的解决方法。
With the rapid development of social economy,our country has entered the aging fast development stage.Henan is one of the national agricultural and population provinces,young people who have labor ability are healthy that seem away from the villages to work in cities.The number of rural left -behind elderly and empty -nesters is increasing,the demand of the in-stitution endowment is bigger and bigger.Rural gerocomiums not only play a crucial role in the pension business,but also are good for guarantee basic human rights,realizing the social fairness,maintaining social stability and promote social develop-ment.This paper talks about the investigation of present situation of rural gerocomiums and analyzes the existing main prob-lems,finally it puts forward some feasible solutions.
