摘要
自2010年《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》颁布以来,越来越多的高等师范院校和高职院校开办学前教育专业,学前师资的培养由原来的中专层次迅速提升为大专、本科层次。学前教师教育不是一个简单提高学历的问题,而是应该使之胜任学前教育事业,甚至成为行业卓越人才。落实"卓越学前教师教育培养计划"应充分考虑到校内与校外、课内与课外实践教学的有机结合,而构建"三方共同成长体",推行"双导师制",真是有效实施卓越学前教师教育的关键。
Since 201 0,more and more colleges and higher vocational colleges for preschool education,preschool teacher train-ing has been set up rapidly in the secondary level colleges.Preschool teacher education is not a simple problem to improve edu-cation,but should be competent for preschool education,and even becomes the industry of outstanding talents.
