摘要 介绍了高亮反光布的转移法生产工艺流程,探讨了原材料、植珠工艺、镀铝工艺及复合工艺参数等对高亮反光布质量的影响。结果表明:玻璃微珠的选择对产品的逆反射系数影响较大,不同折射率的玻璃微珠混合使用可以满足不同观测角度对逆反射系数的要求;镀铝过程中真空度和镀层厚度直接影响产品质量;复合工艺参数如胶黏剂的选择、涂布间隙、烘道温度及风量、复合辊温度和压力对产品质量影响较大。 Highlight reflective fabric is produced by transfer method. Its structure and production process are introduced. The influences of raw materials, the process of embedding beads, aluminum technology and composite process on the quality of the highlight reflective fabric are discussed. The results show that the micro glass beads have great influence on the retroreflection coefficient of the fabric. Blending glass beads with different refractive index can meet the requirements of the retroreflection coefficient at different observation angle. The vacuum and thickness of aluminum layer affect the quality of product. Composite process parameters, such as the selection of adhesive, coating gap, drying temperature and air flow, temperature and pressure of composite roller also have great influence on the product quality.
