磁共振引导下高强度聚焦超声消融术在肝癌治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 肝癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤,其发病率仅次于胃癌、食管癌。我国肝癌发病人数约占全球的55%,死亡率占全球的50%,尤其是江、浙、沪长三角地区逐渐成为全国肝癌高发区。且发病率呈现逐年上升,据报道每年约有750 000例新增病例,且其死亡率接近发病率[1]。肝癌病情隐匿,大多数患者就诊时已处于中晚期,且我国肝癌病例中多有乙肝、肝硬化、肝功能较差,众多因素导致我国肝癌手术切除率低、术后复发率高。
