摘要
火灾探测器性能评估试验台用于对火灾探测器的综合性能进行定量评估,其中测控系统包括上位机和下位机两个部分。下位机对各种执行器和传感器进行控制检测,从而实现试验台测试段和模拟段的温度、湿度、风速等参数的测算控制,并进行记录处理。上位机与下位机实时通讯实现对实验数据的记录处理,并显示各执行器和传感器的工作情况和试验平台各个区段的环境数据。从实际上实现了人机交互,测控效果达到了实验平台要求。
The performance evaluation tester of fire detectors is a testing platform which is used to conduct quantitative evaluation on the comprehensive performance of fire detectors. The measure-control system in- cludes two parts, the upper computer and subordinate computer. The latter controls and checks various actua- tors and sensors, realizing the test and control for such parameters as temperature, humidity and wind speed of test section and simulation section of test stand, and makes data processing. The real-time communication between upper computer and subordinate computer achieves data processing and displays working situations of actuators and sensors, as well as the environmental data of the tester. The human-computer interaction is realized, and the measure-control effect meets the requirements of the experimental platform.
