摘要
目的:通过研究滋养细胞疾病中GP-73和MMP-9的表达情况,探讨GP-73和MMP-9在滋养细胞疾病发生、发展、浸润、转移中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化powdervision二步法检测20例正常早孕绒毛、15例葡萄胎、10例胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)、15例绒癌中GP-73和MMP-9的表达情况。结果:正常早孕绒毛、葡萄胎、PSTT、绒癌中GP-73和MMP-9表达的阳性率增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常早孕绒毛与葡萄胎之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);PSTT及绒癌中GP-73和MMP-9阳性率表达显著高于正常早孕绒毛和葡萄胎中表达(均P<0.05);GP-73和MMP-9阳性率在PSTT中与绒癌中表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:GP-73和MMP-9的过表达可能在滋养细胞疾病的发生、发展、浸润和转移过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of GP 73 and MMP-9 in the development, invasion and metastasis of trophoblastic disease by detecting their expressions in trophoblastic disease. Methods: The expressions of GP-73 and MMP-9 were detected in 20 cases of normal early pregnancy villi, 15 cases of hydatidiform mole, 15 cases of chorioepithelioma, 10 cases of placental site trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) by immunohistochemisty PowderVision two-step method.Results: The expressions of GP-73 and MMP-9 increased significantly in the normal early pregnancy villi, hydatidiform mole,PSTT and chorioepithelioma(P〈0.05).But no significant differences in the expressions of GP-73 and MMP-9 were found between the normal early pregnancy villi and hydatidiform mole(P〉0.05).The positive rates of GP-73 and MMP -9 were significantly higher in PSTT and chorioepithelioma than those in normal early pregnancy villi and hydatidiform mole(P〈0.05).But there was no significant difference in the positive rates of GP-73 and MMP-9 between PSTT and chorioepithelioma (P〉0.05).Conclusion. The over expression of GP-73 and MMP-9 may play an important role in the development,invasion and metastasis of trophoblastic disease.
