摘要
出于集成度与实用性考虑,提出一种基于惯性导航的卸料小车定位系统。该系统使用加速度传感器对小车的实时运动信息进行采集,再通过STM32F103VET6单片机对加速度传感器数据进行惯性导航推算,同时利用接近开关消除惯性导航算法的延时误差,将小车的航迹信息显示于TFTLCD上。通过实地实验测试,该系统可满足实际应用的需求。
Out of the consideration of integration and practicality, a positioning system of unloading car based on inertial navigation is proposed. The system collects the real-time motion information using the acceleration sensor, and the data is calculated through STM32F103VET6 microcontroller. At the same time,the delay error of inertial navigation algorithm can be eliminated using proximity switch. The track information of the car can be displayed in TFTLCD. The field test results prove the system can meet the needs of practical application.
