摘要
语言产业作为新兴产业势必将成为经济发展战略的重要环节。在广西语言产业发展的核心竞争力要素中,以自然、历史和市场为主要内容的自主性、牵动性要素优势明显,人力、资金、技术等再生性要素有待加强,相关的语言政策等制动性因素仍未完善。因此,广西语言产业核心竞争力的构建途径是:建立规范的管理机制;谋定语言战略,出台语言政策;转变外语人才培养模式,提高语言人才质量;增设汉语培训机构,挑战东盟国际语言秩序;促进语言产业结构多样化,丰富语言职业。
Language industry as a new industry is expected to be an important part of the economic development strategy. In the core competitiveness of Guangxi language industry, the nature、the history and the market as the main content of the autonomy and the involves elements have obvious advantages, human、financial、technical and other renewable sources of elements needed to be strengthened, while braking factors such as language policy is still need to perfect.Therefore, the way to the core competence’s construction of Guangxi language industry is that： to establish a standardized management mechanisms;by given counsel language strategy and published relevant policy;changing the language training model to improve the quality of language professionals;as well as adding different levels of Chinese training institutions and to challenge the ASEAN international language order, also need to diversify the language industrial structure and enrich the language’s occupation.
