摘要
近十多年,国内学者在立法基础、基本原则、合作基本途径以及国际组织对社会保障国际合作的贡献方面达成了一些共识。文章通过对国际社会保障协调与合作发展进程和研究现状进行分析,探索协调与合作发展的一般规律和国际规则,为下一步制定国际以及国与国之间社会保障协调与合作政策法规提供借鉴。认为中国未来应当加强与周边国家和国际组织的合作,多方面入手提高社会保障国际协调与合作水平。
After nearly ten years of development, Chinese scholars have reached some consensus on the contribution of the legislative basis, the basic principles of the basic ways of cooperation and international organizations for international cooperation on social security. Through the international social security coordination and cooperation in the development process to analyze and explore the general law and international coordination and cooperation in the development of rules to provide a reference for the next step to develop social security coordination and cooperation among international policies and regulations as well as nations. The author considers that China should strengthen future cooperation with neighboring countries and international organizations, multi-pronged approach to improve the level of social protection of international coordination and cooperation.
