摘要
采用乙烯基羟基硅油和羟基硅油作为结构控制剂制备热硫化硅橡胶.结果表明,随着2种结构控制剂用量的增加,硅橡胶的邵尔A硬度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率逐渐增大,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减少.在2种结构控制剂用量相同时,选用乙烯基羟基硅油所制备的硅橡胶的力学性能更优.同时,硅橡胶的挥发分含量、抽提物含量和在不同模拟物中的总迁移量较低.因此,乙烯基羟基硅油可作为硅橡胶的新型结构控制剂.
Vinyl hydroxyl silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil were served as constitution controller for high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, respectively. The test results showed that with the increases of two constitution controllers content, the shore A hardness decreased, the elongation at break increased and the tensile strength and tear strength first increased and then decreased. The mechanical properties of silicone rubber prepared with vinyl hydroxyl silicone oil was better than that of hydroxyl silicone oil at equivalent content of two constitution controller. At the same time, vinyl hydroxyl silicone oil endued silicone rubber lower volatile matter content, extractive content and overall migration level in different model substances. Vinyl hydroxyl silicone oil could be used as a new constitution controller for silicone rubber.
