摘要
中速磨煤机一次风喷嘴环的设计直接关系到磨煤机的运行性能,因此,准确计算和分析喷嘴环的各项设计参数,不仅能有效地发挥喷嘴的性能,还可以节能降耗。以某型磨煤机设计为例,通过理论分析喷嘴环出口风速、压力损失、受力状态和功率得失等因素,证明了将静止喷嘴环改为旋转喷嘴环后,提高了磨煤机的运行性能。同时,为喷嘴环的设计提供了有效的计算方法。
The design of primary air nozzle ring of medium speed coal mill is an important factor that influences the coal mill performance. Therefore, accurate analysis, calculation and control of nozzle ring design parameters not only blows/ up the grinded coal powder effectively, but also save power, which are more significant in cost saving of long-time coal mill operation. This thesis takes primary air parameters of a coal mill as an example, and analyzes the outlet air speed of nozzle ring, pressure loss, stress state, and power gain and loss etc. It proves several influences of static nozzle ring changed into rotary nozzle ring, and provides effective calculation methods for designing nozzle ring.
