摘要
近年来,我国电力行业的发展相当迅速,发电机组的装机容量在不断地增大。随着机组参数的提高,对汽轮机的旁路阀门设计也提出了更高的要求。设计旁路阀时,旁路阀的壁厚设计是较重要的环节之一,其设计方法直接关系到阀门的成本控制与使用安全。根据国内外不同的设计标准要求,讨论了阀门壁厚设计的不同之处。
The domestic power industry booms and the unit capacity keeps increasing in recent years. High design parameter places new requirements for turbine bypass valve design. Wall sickness of bypass is one of the most important parts for bypass valve design that directly influences the cost control and safety of valve. The different wall design standards have been compared in this article according to the requirements of domestic and foreign design standards.
